Title: Vista 64?
Post by: Havegooda on March 11, 2008, 11:05:37 PM
Heyo,

Does anyone know whether TrID works on Vista Ultimate 64-bit? I've downloaded it and put the definitions in the same folder that I extracted it to. When I try to open it, a command window pops up for half a second and then disappears.

I've disabled the UAC and tried running as an admin, but to no avail.

Thanks for any help!

I haven't had the chance to check it on Vista 64, but I think it should have worked.
Can you say if it run correctly, in the end?

Thanks,
Bye!

I realized that I was trying to load TrID by just double clicking it. I downloaded TrIDNet and it works fine :)

Is TrIDNet able to search through multiple files?
