Title: convert Mac write II files (MCW) to word 2003

My file got identified as being Mcwrite II. (1994 extension MCW). I want to open it with word 2003 on my PC. Where can I find a suitable conversion software ??
Also I do have many drawings freehand files with extension .fh3 and .fh5. I want to open them with .fh11. Where can I find a converter?
