Title: Open access for guests

I enabled posting for guests, so the registration is not strictly needed anymore to post.
There's a kind of spam protection that put a stop if the message contain a link, thanks to the "No Spam by Guests!" (http://mods.simplemachines.org/index.php?mod=369) SMF Mod by GTSdll (http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?action=profile;u=47941).
