The new TrID v2.10 is out, for both Windows and Linux.
The main change is that the 2GB file size limit is no more! So giant files can be analyzed with no problems.
Also, as requested by many TrID's users on the forum and via mail, TrID can now just change (instead of adding) a file extension with the guessed one: just use the -ce switch instead of the usual -ae.
