Title: Data Needed, file ext, type hex....

I dodn't really know where to post this info, but my company is looking to buy a database of information on all convertable file extensions with the following information:
file extension
description
file type
opens with
converts with (we'll provide)
header hex string

We convert files for litigation support and would like to have a database of what is convertable and what is system info.

Does anyone know where we can find, build, buy such data?
