Title: Some ps1 definitions

Setting up a ps2 and a original xbox for modding stuff, so prob going to add defs for anything that i see that isnt currently defined well or at all. This round is for BIN files which are part of the average dump format for ps1 and for VCD files which are compiled ps1 games for use with the homebrew POPStarter on ps2
