These two files are defined as InstallShield setup

2 http://bitforce.ru/demo/ip-setup-docs.exe

But this SIM (Smart Install Maker) (http://www.sminstall.com)

I can surely try to make a new definition for Smart Install Maker.
Any chance you have some additional EXE create with it?

Not yet. I'm trying to gather some more samples of that filetype to see if it's possible to create a proper definition.
