Help me with the files...

I find very strange fie format... I understood that it is combination of text entries and image (PNG?), but find nothing to open it... May be it's some kind of hand made :) format. But if someone saw the same and knows how to extract it - please let me know.
TrID identifies it as ttcomp archive but it's not correct...
I attach source file and result image which created from it by app...
