Can't open file, please help

Hi everyone,

I can't open a file that someone sent me. It's supposed to be mpeg 4 but I tried all players and get an error message. Can someone please help me?

Hi!

Have you tried to analyze it with TrID (you can try even the Online version, if the file isn't very big, let's say <= 3MB)?
Anyway, you can try opening it with the free VLC; usually it opens near all video types.
