Definitions for NSP and NSZ files

First time doing this, so tell me if i do something wrong but I attempted to make some definitions for NSP and NSZ install packages for the Nintendo Switch. The files are encrypted so I'm not quite sure if most of the definition is sound, but I know that the file starts with PFS0 and has sections, one of which includes the string cmnt.

They seems OK. I'll just try remove some of the non essential/random patterns and will include both in the next update.
