Graphic file help needed

I have a graphic file from the game "Gold Miner Joe", It containes some tiles and sprites from that game.
I would like to know what type of file it is, and with what program I can view it.

Unfortunately I have no useful info about this kind of format.
I will post here if I'll find something.
