I'm not familiar with this kind of files, but you surely can try. It one or more JPEG bitmaps are contained in the file,
BitmapRip should be able to extract them.
If, instead, AJP are containers for other (standard) video format, you may have to first extract the video (and here I don't know of any specific software for this job), and then you can open it with the free
VLC, and save the individual frames you want.
If you have a small AJP file, you may also try to submit / upload it to the
Online TrID file identifier, so I can have a look at it and maybe be of more help.
