I belive you need to rewrite the code of the software. I tried, it said "no def", so i found them and tried to let the program use the xml file, but no. Wont take it, wont find it, only for analyzing it uses the def file, but i do not want to id the def. file, i want to id my file... so... yes... problem...

also tried online..."web page cannot be displayd"...

Hi!

Seems strange that you are encountering problems of this kind.
Are you using TrID (the command line version) or TrIDNet? I bet on the second, from what I read.

Just be sure to download the TrID XML defs package (RAR compressed), and unpack it in the same folder where you put TrIDNet itself.
Once started, TrIDNet will say "No definitions loaded", but it will load them promptly as soon as you select a file you want to analyze.

Let me know if you still can't get it working,
Bye!
