The TrIDEngine library makes adding file identification capabilities to an application
a quick and easy task. Methods/functions are provided to:
Load the definitions
Submit a file
Perform the analysis
Get the results
It's also possibile to get/set the entire block of definitions, for example to
persist it in a single file and then quickly reload it at later time.
At the moment TrIDEngine is available in the form of a .NET assembly. It's the same code
that's at the heart of both TrIDNet and
Online TrID.
A standard Win32 DLL, TrIDLib, is available too.
Here you can download a small sample C# source that use TrIDEngine to analyze a file: TESampleCS.zip
